05 / GOOD QUESTIONS

A little clarity,
before you begin.

Have something else in mind?
Ask Ronald directly ↗

Can you help if I have not chosen a course?

Yes. Start by sharing your qualifications, interests, budget and goals. Course planning can help you narrow your direction before preparing an application.

What is the Genuine Student requirement?

The Genuine Student requirement considers your circumstances, reasons for choosing your course and provider, and how your studies will benefit you. Your responses should be truthful and supported by evidence. Read the Home Affairs guidance ↗

Is a visa or scholarship guaranteed?

No. Visa applications are decided by the Department of Home Affairs. Scholarship decisions are made by the awarding institution or organisation. Guidance helps you prepare and understand the process, but cannot guarantee an outcome.

What should I include in my first email?

Include your name, current location, study background, preferred course and intended start date. Briefly explain the support you need. Please avoid sending passport scans or sensitive financial documents in your initial enquiry.

How do I find out about service fees?

Email Ronald to discuss your needs. Ask for the scope of the proposed service, professional fees and any separate application costs before agreeing to proceed.
